Old school classic rock, blues rock, instrumental rock, folk rock, fingerstyle.
About Me:
I've played in a number of rock bands starting out in the 80's and 90's and my first serious band was a power trio called MPH, which stood for Moody, Pearson, and Helm. The band consisted of Ray Moody on bass & vocals, Bob Pearson on drums & vocals, and me on guitar & vocals. After that came Partners- In-Crime, Tomic Roost, Outrage, and others.
During the 90's I returned to Japan where I worked as an English teacher in several schools in the Kyoto area while immersing myself in the music scene there. I did several live performances there and had the great pleasure of sharing the stage with such Japanese rock and roll greats as Yuya Uchida (Black Rain), Joe Yamanaka, Masahiro Kuwana, and Holly & Stax.
At present I am a recording artist at the US-UK Music Production Studios in Las Vegas, Nevada, and also enjoy giving guitar lessons in my spare time. I'm a current member of the Las Vegas Music Teachers Association and Nevada Music Teachers Association.
Influences:
Jimi Hendrix, Jimmy Page, Brian May
