Quran 4 v 40
God (Allah) said: (O My slaves, I have forbidden injustice to Myself
And made it forbidden amongst you) Hadith Qudsi
Allah said: And when My slaves ask you (O Muhammad) concerning Me, then (answer them), I am indeed near (to them by My Knowledge). And from the teachings of this religion that Allaah has forbidden killing of innocent people whatever their religion and had been forbidden of sabotage in the land, the demolition and destruction of buildings and cutting down trees
If people applied the teachings of religion permission to spread peace all over the world

Jihad is the legitimacy of laws is a duty in certain circumstances

... While terrorism is an attack on innocent people and destruction of everything and this is forbidden in Islam

It's legislation from the creator of human beings, He knows best what fit for them

God (Allah) said: Verily, We have sent the revelation to you (O Muhammad) as We sent the revelation to Noah and the Prophets after him; We (also) sent the revelation to Abraham, Ishmael, Isaac, Jacob, and Al-Asbat [the offspring of the twelve sons of Jacob], Jesus, Job, Jonah, Aaron, and Solomon; and David We gave the Psalms.
And Messengers We have mentioned to you before, and Messengers We have not mentioned to you, - and to Moses Allah spoke directly.
Messengers as bearers of good news as well as of warning in order that mankind should have no plea against Allah after the (coming of) Messengers. And Allah is Ever All-Powerful, All-Wise
