About Me:
The question of "How can I give back to society and make someone's life better?" has always been a part of the evolution of Todd T. Bear. It was not until the birth of my first daughter, Kate that the "meaning of life" question really sank in ...it also could have been the fact that I was no longer twenty-something. Realizing (after the birth of my fourth child) that it was not just about myself anymore and the importance of ensuring that I leave the world in a better place for my children than how I found it was the turning point that focused me on completing the development of Todd T. Bear.
As my children grew it was also interesting to learn that children are like little sponges from the perspective that they will absorb just about anything they come into contact with. And recently I read an article that stated "...children will be more influenced by their friends and peers than their parents." Now that's a scary thought! However, the simple solution seems as easy as finding a way to brainwash their friends and peers; to ensure they are a positive influence.
Conceptually, Todd T. Bear has also been a way to get my children and others excited and involved in the conversation of how they themselves could make a difference in the lives of others by creating an awareness that happiness is a choice, explaining the importance of giving back to the communities which they are a part of, encouraging them to feel good about themselves, and helping them realize that the life they lead will be a reflection of the choices they make. We hope that by starting the conversation it will inspire Millions Everywhere to reach their potential and the understanding that they could do anything in life except nothing at all.
That is why Todd T. Bear is committed to doing its part in making the world a better place. We will affect positive change. Our company philosophy can be summed up in the following sentence; "I believe in you and ME (Millions - of people - Everywhere) and how together we will accomplish great things and make the world a better place for all of eternity."
Our purpose as a company is to increase the world's supply of Peace, Faith, Hope, Love and Happiness in pursuit of our Vision of "A Better Tomorrow." 10% of our net profits will be allocated and used to promote and support causes, individuals, organizations, and other companies that help facilitate peace on Earth, faith in oneself, hope for tomorrow, the love of life and happiness over grumpiness. Basically, causes, individuals, organizations, and companies that are committed to making a difference...
