TodayIsTheDayy So i just got home from the TRACK, and i RAN a MILE!
i know its not much. But im so outta shape that it felt like HELL.
And tomorrow IMMA DO IT ALL OVER!
BECAUSE ANY LITTLE THING HELPS IN MY GOAL TO LOSING WT!!!

here is tip for diet. when you feel craving for sweets go brush your teeth with mint toothpaste. ruins flavor of sweets after you brush. makes you not want to eat it again lol. Good luck with the diet!
