yea 5cyl power, those acuras are fast. Old school supras were heavy, but the turbo ones were pretty fast.

just use a heat gun and a plastic scraper for the pin stripe and any stickers if you dont want to wreck your paint. Then paint thinner and a rag gets the glue off, (just dont rub too hard or the paint will blemish and look like crap)

I used to work at a car detailers, we degreased and pressuree washed every engine. Never had any problems or thrown codes. But stay away from the distributor unlike this retard.

Sounds pretty bad hope yoou fixed it. I just tuned mine last week, the engine is so quiet I can hardly hear it over my k&n cold air intake.
