I'm involved in Toastmasters International, and have uploaded some of my speech contest entries, and also a few from other people as well. I belong to Napier Toastmasters club.
I've also recently become interested in comedy roasts, and have uploaded some of the Dean Martin roasts from the 1970s, and some more recent roasts from Comedy Central, eg Pamela Anderson's roast. If you have to do a comedy roast speech for Toastmasters, you can get a lot of ideas from these examples.
If you're interested in public speaking, you might want to check out some of my articles on http://ezinearticles.com. I currently have 5 live articles, and 9 in draft form that should be up in the next month or so.
For books I recommend on public speaking, take a look at http://www.laurencebacchus.com/resources.htm My favourite book on comedy roasts is Jeffrey Ross "I only roast the ones I love";
