hi, my name is Toni and I LOVE to dance. I've been dancing for 9 years, on pointe for almost 3. I use Gaynor Minden pointe shoes, and I LOVE them so much! I recommend them strongly for the more experienced pointe dancer. (Be sure to get fitted before buying them though). I say more experienced because Gaynors come prearched, and as a beginner you need to learn and gain strength while breaking in new pointe shoes.
I dance ballet, pointe, jazz/hip hop, and character. I'm also looking for stretches to improve arabesque, since mine is a pathetic 90 degrees, and isn't going to get me very far as the company level (highest most prestigous level in my school, that you need to be invited into) approches. I'm also thinking about trying out for the Joffery Ballet. If you have any suggestions on how to improve let me know. =)
