I am not "in rebellion".
I don't "want to live in sin"
I am not "angry at god"....
I simply do not think any 'god' claims I've heard are true. That is why I am an atheist.
Long story short:
I was fiercely indoctrinated with typical non-denominational, bible-thumpin, born again right wing christianity. I grew up thinking there was something wrong with me for my lack of faith and emotion that I simply could not deny. At the age of 19 I tried to "rededicate my life to jesus" and ended up atheist after 6 months. I spent most of that 6 months studying the bible and christian theology/apologetics. I read Norman Geisler like it was a crack addiction. By 5 months I started reading other philosophies and the rest is history. I was gripped with the fear of hell....I guess I had more faith than I originally realized. I am now completely faith-less and proud and happier than ever. After shaking the mind numbing cesspool that is christianity, I was able to truly appreciate science and the wonder of the cosmos. I now study evolution for fun, and I love it.

Far too often, I am posed with 'questions' such as:
"But what if you're wrong?" or
"But if we came from monkeys, why are the monkeys still here?"
It's funny and cute when theists intrepidly assert absurdities while patting themselves on the back and thinking they used simple (more like *simpleton*) logic to confound evolution as they unabashedly bask under the luminous spotlight of brash ignorance and reckless, willful misunderstanding of what evolution actually is.

The institutions of religion and money have irreversibly fucked humanity. We are finally starting to wake up, but I'm afraid it's too late for this species on this planet.

Due to the ridiculously preposterous and maddening war on drugs, I hate *most* police whom, under the guise of service and protection, are employed to intimidate and harass, impounding the freedom of peaceful human beings. The united states has become what the founding fathers feared and it has become what the constitution is SUPPOSED to prevent. For this atrocity, republicans and democrats are to be blamed equally. The united states is a sorrowful, racist nation built on stolen land with stolen labor. The american dream is an illusion. The federal government of the United States of America needs to stop acting like hall monitor of the world and take care of its own citizens by exposing deregulated free market capitalism as the greed driven assault on humanity that it is, leveling the playing field, promoting education, hard work and rational thought. I suspect that an informed, educated, healthy, rational public is exactly what the powers that be fear. The U.S. will die or become purely fascist before any of this happens.

Iam in STRONG support of the legalization of freedom. I think all drugs, prostitution, and gambling should be legal with personal responsibility and critical thinking the only ideas being indoctrinated into our children, then we can eradicate the plagues of society sincerely and NATURALLY. The war (farce) on drugs is an utter failure, and anyone who thinks this policy has potential to succeed is supremely deluded.

It's a hilarious American sitcom about a zany old Nazi war criminal hiding out in the attic of a New York Jewish family, and the wacky antics that ensue.
