I plan to feature recipes of all kinds, especially those made "on the cheap". I'll also be reviewing various kitchen appliances, recipe books, food related websites and so on.

Also, more and more of what I plan to cover will be from a Diabetic's point of view with an eye toward "Diabetic Friendly" recipes, information and websites.

11/16/09: I've added a playlist where I'll be vlogging about my efforts to lose weight. Specifically to lose about 150 pounds and reach my goal weight of 200 pounds and then most importantly, keep the excess weight off.

I'm Interested in most types of cuisine, particularly the inexpensive kind. Partly because of this, partly because of a lifetime of bad habits I weigh in at over 350 pounds (as of 11/14/09).

Since I know that obesity has been the direct and indirect end of a lot of people I'm going to lose the weight and I'm going to be vlogging about the whole adventure. (See the "My Walk For Life" Playlist.)
