What I don't get is why so many of these hosts just sit there and let him shoot them. Would make way more sense to just run up to him and take him out in melee, considering pretty much every weapon is going to out-DPS a 1H mace, even if he has 40 STR and it's +15.

Not only did they steal it - this game came out only a few years after the Disney version of Beauty & The Beast. In fact, two of the voiceactors in this game (Robby Benson and Tony Jay) were both in the Disney film.

I think I was about the same age when this game came out - my dad bought it way back when and was never able to get past the catacombs floor puzzle thing. I went through it when I was 21 with a guide, and I still managed to screw the entire thing up.

How did you manage to find so many people to invade in Anor Londo? I've only ever successfully invaded via blue eye twice - and the second time was a blatant cheater.

The "mind" meter gets sort of kind of explained in the anime. Basically, the psychogun operates on "psycho energy" (read: magic). If Cobra starts getting hit, his psychogun gets weaker.

It's not worth it. This game is literally a rule 63 version of Darkseed 2, and it crashes halfway through, making the game unbeatable.

For the record, they built this while I was away playing Skyward Sword. I had Ryan help me with the sliding doors since I'm terrible with redstone, expecting to make a simple room so I could find that portal from the nether side.

I came back, and suddenly SCIENCE.

The modern-day US army clearly needs to take a lesson from 1988 and give all their soldiers random and seemingly nonsensical promotions to ranks that may or may not actually exist. We could win Afghanistan if they'd just promote somebody to "Terrorist Buster".

The trick is, that isn't Mike Dawson - at least, not the real Mike Dawson. Mike's "sprite" and voice are actually done by Chris Gilbert in Darkseed 2. The first game had the actual Mike Dawson in it.

I meant the 4-something minute version. Only one I've ever been able to find is this one, the 1:30 version.

I have to admit, I'm kind of weirded out that Furrybrotten is only level 14 at this point. On my playthrough (where I've done practically everything BUT the main quest while using a mod that makes levelling slower) I hit 21 after finishing Shivering Isles.

The statue works like one of the Daedric shrines. You hit the use button on it, and it plays a voice line at random ordering the murder of (race) in (province that is not in the game). Then you go to the Speaker and get money.

Just wait until this game flops and Capcom decides to "re-reboot" it three years later. Dante will be replaced with Edward Cullen, Nero will be a girl, and Vergil will come back as the edgy alternative love interest - all in the name of making it "more accessible".

You can mod the Steam version just fine. The game installs to your Steam directory, but it's the same as the retail version. The D2D/Impulse ones are the ones you can't mod since they're both encrypted.
