About Timothy Sun
Timothy Sun was born in Macau. He moved to England and continue his study at the Ellen Wilkinson High School of Art at a young age, where he focused in Music and Art.
Timothy graduated with a Master degree with scholarship and a BMus (Honor) degree with full sponsorship at the Guildhall School of Music and Drama, London, where he specialized in saxophone under John Harle and Christian Forshaw.
澳門出生，十三歲開始跟隨鍾煜湛先生於澳門演藝學院學習色士風， 1997年赴英國Ellen Wilkinson藝術中學繼續其學業，主修音樂及藝術，並師從George Galway學習色士風和單簧管。
2001年獲DFEE贊助全額學費入讀英國倫敦喬凱音樂及戲劇藝術學院(Guildhall school of Music and drama)，成為該學院首位學習色士風及單簧管的華人學生，師隨色士風演奏家John Harle及Christian Forshaw，並隨Julian Farrell學習單簧管。完成了學士學位後， 獲該校獎學金進修碩士課程，並於2006以優異成績畢業。
作為獨奏及室內樂演奏者，孫穎麟多年來參與了超過五十場的演奏會，並在倫敦、香港及澳門作定期演出，包括倫敦聖馬田教堂的獨奏會
