Am I serious? I really don't know!
Too often there seems to be a yawning discrepancy between my ambitions and Christ's demand.
Is there a Christian art or philosophy anyway? Or was Heidegger right when he polemically described Christian philosophy as "hölzernes Eisen" (wooden iron)? Does Christian security and assurance really destroy, corrupt, or -- at least -- undermine the ability of artistical and intellectual creativness?
I guess "παντα δε δοκιμαζετε το καλον κατεχετε" (I Thes 5:21) is still the best way to go, right?
