My name's Sophie, or Phie. And right now I'm learning about who that person really is! I've been in recovery from anorexia for a year, and it's been a crazy journey, I've still got a way to go, so I wanted to be able to share some of that with you. I also want to try and make a difference, and help people who are struggling with ED's, to see the light at the end of this tunnel. :)
