Tigermom is an artist from the suburbs of Stockholm. She started early with piano playing and took singing lessons from the age of 10. Beginning with genres such as opera and musical, she later turned to writing her own music, using the piano as a tool and always experimenting with different music styles and genres, preferring to mix several in one song. Modern Jazz being her first choice during 2002-2005, she started building from the melodies to find more soul, pop and funk, and eventually ended up with catchy melodies, funky rhythms and lyrics that tell you a story. She has been a songwriter and singer in several bands both in Sweden and abroad and worked as a singer in showbiz.
With the birth of the artist name Tigermom, the solo project was created, and a self biographical, socially analytical and genre-challenging album was released. "Give in" is the debut album by Tigermom - the artist, the music, the search for the truth through music.
