I used to be a bit of an artist, but now I write a lot more - mainly fantasy stories, but I'm moving into other genres as well (or at least trying to!). I love animals as well - in particular tigers and walruses (hence the user name). I also have a burning ambition to go to Japan one day...and New Zealand...and Russia...and Canada...and Turkey...
Movies:
Anything that gives me a laugh - I prefer classic comedy such as Red Dwarf, Only Fools and Horses, and Bottom; but I also like shows such as Two and a Half Men, and Mock the Week. As for films, they usually have to make me laugh as well, although I do love a good anime flick.
Music:
Mixed - I like songs rather than genres or artists. Having said that, I am a big fan of 80's pop - there's nothing like a real feel-good retro track, is there? I've also got a little bit of a thing for Europop!
Books:
I don't read a great deal these days, but I've read more than my fair share in the past - the Harry Potter books; the Lord of the Rings trilogy; Animal Farm; Of Mice and Men; Lord of the Flies; Black Beauty; Tess of the D'Urbervilles (showing off a bit now!).
