He didn't, any "angles" are simply glitches in animating and laziness on the producer's part; if you look closely at Ghost during the gasoline shower, his eyes are rolled back and his body is limp as evidenced by when he was thrown in. No person can play dead that good...

It's kinda degraded in quality since the boy knows what's going to happen; you can see he's smiling the whole video and not putting much character into what he says. For all I know it's all staged but nonetheless the latter still applies.

More than likely any appearances afterwards are simply homages to the character...you can only speculate that they are related in some shape or form, if Price from the first game was around 30 in 1945, and Captain Price from the sixth game is around 40 in 2016...yeah..

Alternatively, maybe another SAS operator takes his name and visage in honor of him.

Can't agree with you more, the company's paid homages to lost characters in the past (Sergeant Foley[MW2] =/= Captain Foley[COD1]; Captain Price[MW2] =/= Price(COD1)

I'm also pretty sure this wasn't, you know, a "photo" of him, but rather a homage to all the characters of Modern Warfare 2, since as you can see Hunter 2-1 is in there too, and they definitely ain't part of TF141.
