I have a Crown Vic with Continental Touring tires. I have not driven the car on slick roads YET. I'm amazed that the Crown Vic's are so snow worthy.

You should try to get your license. Go to ARRL.org and check it out. If you have just a hint of experience of radio experience, this site will guide you to the proper study guides to pass your test. It's a FUN hobby!
