3/21/09 @ 12:54 noon ~ Weighed in at 236.4 lbs. ~ a 5 lb. gain. I've been exercising alot so I may have built som muscle, so I gained mostly muscle weight. Total: 24 lbs.
4/4/09 @ 11:11 am. ~ Weighed in at 231.2 lbs. ~ That would be a 5 lb. loss. So, that means I loss the lbs I gained last week because I amped up my exercised and stayed organized with my eating. Arm thyself with the knowledge & know-how. "Strenght from within to win the battle". Total: 29 lbs.

5/16/09 @ 6:22 am ~ Weighed in at 229.4 lbs. ~ that is a 2 lb. gain, most likely I gained muscle I've been exercising more intensely(145 sit-ups lol) so, that's a good gain. gotta move on. Total: 31 lbs.
5/30/09 @ 10:56 am ~ Weighed in at 227.6 lbs. ~ That would make it a 2 lb. loss ~ I was quite organized this week, I think I'll stick with Sparkpeople for that. Total: 33 lbs.

7/25/09 @ 1:45 pm ~ Weighed in at 223.0 lbs. ~ Maintain again, probably gained some muscle. Warriors never give up! Total: 37 lbs.
8/15/09 @ 12:00 noon ~ Weighed in at 222.6 lbs. ~ That's a 1 lb. loss. hard work and a hell of a lot of perseverance, and dedication pays off. Hell yeah!! Follow your heart, that's the warrior way. Total: 38 lbs.
9/5/09 @ 1:00 pm ~ Weighed in at 219.8 lbs. ~ That's a 3 lb. loss. Woohoo! Hell freakin' yeah! kick ass on the warrior's side! lol Total loss is 41 lbs. since may 2nd last year.
9/26/09 @ 12:00 noon ~ Weighed in at 219.8 lbs. ~ I Maintained, it's because I gained some muscle. I exercised quite a bit. Must press on. Total 41 lbs.
11/14/09 @ 10:50 am ~ Weighed in at 216.0 lbs. ~ That's a 3 lb. loss. Total: 44 lbs. since last May.
12/5/09 @ 2:36 pm ~ Weighed in at 210.0 lbs. ~ That would make it a 6 lb. loss. Total: 50 lbs.
12/26/09 @ 1:45 pm ~ Weighed in at 209.6 lbs. ~ A 1 lb. loss ~ It's possible that part of that was that I gained muscle. Total: 51 lbs.

2/27/10 @ 11:17 AM ~ Weighed in at 206.2 lbs ~ That's a 2 lb loss. I am now 7 lbs closer to onederland. Total: 54
3/20/10 @ 2:27 PM ~ Weighed in at 209.0 lbs ~ That's a 3 lb gain of mostly muscle, yup, I exercised a bit more which for th most part resulted in a 3 lb gain. So, I'm gonna move my weigh-ins from Saturdays to Sundays to allow my body to build the muscle and burn the fat to result in a loss and not a gain.
Total: 51 lbs.
