thank you for passing the knowledge along your techniques of exercises have worked perfectly and I was able to achieve the full split.

btw you are right, the secrets of stretching DVD is way better than your earlier stretching VHS

I recently bought the book "Stretching Scientifically" I must say its a remarkable book. My stretching has improved drastically, and with more daily workouts I will be able to achieve the splits. Thanks for everything!
