Four Below Zero - It's Sally's Birthday Today (1967)
Did not chart on the Hot 100, but released as a single in 1967.
Jim Carter was my cousin and I was 7 when this was released. He later changed his name to "Carter James" and did a lot of gigs on Cruise Ships. He passed away in the early 80's I believe. His mom was my aunt Ruth.
