Oh... I think our beloved JJ is "slipping" in her old age. The plaintiff was injured by the defendant with a bottle and she dismisses the case? Totally unfair. Sure, the plaintiff was no angel, but he did not deserve a bottle over the head. What messages does this ruling send - it's ok to subdue ...

I don't believe that the plaintiff is concerned about a stupid four wheeler when her son had just died - talk about warped priorities. Having said that, I think JJ treated the plaintiff very insensitively. I mean she has lost a child, why is JJ shouting at her in her time of grief.
