@scheisskind69 First of all, it forces your back to be totally flat against the bench, which is bad for heavier weights. You want a back arch, especially if maxing, because it's a much better position for your rotor cuffs. Also, I honestly shouldn't have to explain why you don't want your feet ...

@NSkiiez If you're in a public place you can be filmed. It's legal to record people in a business that's open to the public unless there are signs depicting that you are not allowed to do so.

The last one never ceases to be funny no matter how much I watch it. Just the overall confusion of the whole scenario is amazing.

No offense, but this didn't really work because you guys don't really look all that intimidating. I'm a little tempted to get a ski mast, and barge into a Dairy Queen wearing a muscle shirt and ski mask, angrily walk up to the counter...... and then politely ask for a dipped cone.

@TheDestinyDragoon That's because most of us who are intelligent aren't trying to start arguments with religious people. As long as you're not trying to impede on other people's rights and freedoms, you have the right to believe whatever you want.
