I still prefer the Chargin Targ over the Splendid Screen. There is a downside to it if you compare it ti the Targ, The Screen does 25% damage resistance while the Targ does 50%. I still use it cause I can never get a charge impact with the Screen. So in my opinion the Charge is better.
