Spins are a toughie! I still have problems with spins. Just remember your body follows your head, so if you turn your head into a spin during a trick, your body will follow. Watch tutorials for the reverse vault! Flips to get the ball rolling.. get side, front, and back flips down, then move on to more advanced tricks and combos. To be successful you need to keep at it, be smart, and be confident.

Hey dude! Thanks for the comment. Thats right, it is very important to be in shape to do parkour. The thing that most people don't realize though is that when you are doing parkour, that is a workout in itself. I suggest you
1. Watch videos for inspiration
2. Start out slow, and build up over time
3. AND finally, look for other people training in your area and meet up to practice in a group.
