We have some sad news everyone. Not only is the required layout completely disorganized and confusing, but YouTube currently does not have our members best interest in mind and we cannot support it as a video host for you at this time.
Below is an excerpt taken directly from YouTube Terms of Service:
"You also hereby grant each user of the YouTube Website a non-exclusive license to access your User Submissions through the Website, and to use, reproduce, distribute, display and perform such User Submissions as permitted through the functionality of the Website and under these Terms of Service."

By YouTube allowing this, Thief Wall of Shame is in violation of YouTube's Terms of Service.
We have always had your best interests at heart and this is no exception. Instead of risking a suspension by adding further thefts, Admin has decided to cease while we are ahead and those members who have supported us, can continue to remain until expected suspension occurs.
We would like to thank everyone who has supported us and this cause for over a year. It's amazing how much we accomplished uniting against theft. To date, Thief Wall of Shame has removed 263 videos. You made this channel the success it has been and we can't thank you enough.
Can't end this section without covering one more issue. We have tried to stay drama free through our time being here, but I do not think it's fair to my fellow Admin or the members of TWoS if I do not cover it. While we support the idea of helping people, there is a YouTube channel using the TWoS concept and they do not supply credit to us. Under normal circumstances, we would just request credit. However, they were aware of us when they started, so I feel it should be a common courtesy issue at this point. If you are aware of them, we do not encourage attacks, but do encourage them to do the right thing and credit those who deserve it. Thief Wall of Shame was built from the ground up and tweaked to an extreme to be super efficient, making this the first successful anti-theft channel on YouTube. You know who you are and not adding credit your channel implies you do not have the member's best interest at heart.
