"As the 9-5 hrs start to feel longer and working week brings you the opposite of satisfaction South London's THE THIRST present 'TODAY' an anthem to flip over your desk and let the weekend heal you. The Thirst came into the music scene in 2008 with their independent release 'On the Brink' which took them on a journey that saw them support The Rolling Stones, The Baby Shambles, The Sex Pistols, Hot Hot Heat and play the Royal Albert Hall supporting one of their most loyal supporters Pete Doherty. They followed up with an EP in 2011 'Laugh with the Sinners' and now present the first single off their follow on EP 'Cry with the Saints'. Driven bring a firm B-line and solid drums lead singer Mensah glides over the guitar melodies then as they do so well live the band combine with a powerful chorus to have all weekend revellers infectiously singing along."

Massive thanks to Meji (Director) and everyone at Brixton Art Space Studios, Stu, Olsie, Tom, RPM studio, Marc Frank, Richie,Molly Portsmouth(MUA), , Jak Frsh, Reese, Curtis, Simon, Chris, Metropolis Studio and everyone else involved the recording/mixing/mastering/filming/ of 'Today'
