I mostly update Popful Mail stuff so people could be curious about it. Perhaps I'll upload scenes from the PCE-CD version soon, if I can find a way to record the cutscenes without graphical errors and sound desyncing. Chances are I'll have to upload some gameplay videos too. Everyone's seen the Sega CD version, but the PCE-CD version has a couple of quirks that are worth presenting: bump system aka Ys, different layout, irritating backtracking, no portraits, a talk option where the characters interact with each other depending on where you are in story, different voice actors, and levels exclusive to each character before going to the ice world.

If I may, I'll direct your attention to the annotations done by TheCrazyStudent. He has volunteered to subtitle the comparisons starting with: "Popful Mail comparison, from meeting Slick to telling Tatt" (so far, that's the only one he's done). He will continue to add translations to the rest of the videos when he has the time. Give him some cookies and a pat on the back.

You may have noticed the poor video quality when going through these cutscenes. I'll reupload the second video and if there is enough demand, redo the rest of them.

...As you can see, my current avatar is Tagami, someone who has also been in Elemental Gearbolt and Castle of Shikigami. A 12 episode series would feel cramped if it borrowed directly from the game. So if you are surprised by the talking penguin in Gunparade Orchestra, you ain't seen nothing yet.

I often find myself going through series that aren't discussed enough with a bad Google Translater machine/Japanese dictionary. Eep.

Because I am not reliable with my updating schedule, I prefer to gather all my information first and load them in batches (But I'm fickle.) The last computer that held the clips was reformatted so I'll have to go through the game again with both versions.
