The reason why Aya is that way is because she wants Capell and no one else can have him. Shoot Its obvious 10 minutes into the game that she would do anything for capell.

I'm really glad they didn't keep Rose as an AI I prefer her being flesh and blood and I think at least for me compliments Raiden. Another thing I don't get is how do people think Rose is annoying.

Also something else to add according to the Metal Gear Wiki the Rose in this scene is an AI talking to Raiden along with the Master AI and that the real Rose is still being imprisoned.

Rosemary didn't cheat on raiden and campbell never slept with rosemary. This whole time rosemary was still married to raiden. Rosemary and campbell did what they did to protect her and raiden's kid and to protect raiden since he was apparently still having problems with the patriots.

Also Aya won't be getting any sleep tonight, she will be busy with capell in her bedchambers :P

I believe the girl that veros mentioned is the etheral queen and I also believe that the etheral queen went to the moon and rescued Capell. Aya definitely won't be getting any sleep the following night, she will be busy in her bedchambers.

Just to add something else after aya in your party after the confession and the next cutscene with everyone in it and after aya says she just wants a little fun if you talk to her again after that she says "What did you call me?"
