This is what is known as a "strawman". First, big bang cosmology has nothing to do with evolution. Second, no part of big bang cosmology states that the universe 'came from nothing' nor is the expansion of the universe an "explosion". Third, it is very likely that life-capable planets have "magically" happened millions and millions of times throughout the universe.

Educate yourself. expand your mind.
