I can do 20 straight "chest-ups" and I been doing them for almost a month now, my arms are getting a little bit bigger but I want to get them bigger. I do about 35-40, 3 days a week. Is there any exact number or form that will work the best or should I just continue what I'm doing currently? also I don't just start at 1 and stop at 40. I usually do 5 then change position than 10 than change position and so on, so should I do that or just keep doing them till I can't anymore?
