@RuggerFlail - Don't get me wrong i like muscle, we've even got a camaro. But you could easily pick up an Impreza or skyline and do a build that would match a muscle car for the same price. For me, i think its like tomato or tamata, it doesn't matter what it is they both end up at the same point....

How do they make these so fast then (engine setup)? only .21 size engines... but i've never seen a buggy pick up speed like these!! saw them on TV racing, there so fast.

Saw this advertised for £2500+.... oh my, i never realised anyone would spend that much on rc cars. Is there even a class for these? i've only seen a couple 1/5ths apart from the obvious HPI. @masterkingfuck - i was looking to do the same, Thunder tiger sell no backplate for the engine. Do not get the Fastrax Starter box for it, doesn't fit- its the one with a dark blue body and chrome lid. Its hard to find one for it because of the tiny gap on the chassis. @martnz87 You can make them into drift cars but from owners of these i've heard its not easy and requires a completley different set up. I suppose you could with drift tires, have a look at /watch?v=gDSlYUEoUj0 (MCD drift car). There 1:5 scale. Also look at HPI, Traxxas, Losi- there mostly smaller.

correct me if im wrong but it doesn't like theres any filteration system, meaning your engine hasnt got long to live. I wonder if you've adjusted your feul mixture for his aswel.

how is it? im thinking about getting it, but i don't want it to reduce ground clearance but only the cars internal parts..

I need the ground clearance where i use mine, does it still maintain this?

Also what would you recommend.. 8 hpi aluminum shocks or your 4 big bor...

if you replaced every part with aluminum in 4 months, wouldn't it have made more sense just to buy the chassis, motor of your choice and electronics of your choice. You almost have a rolling plastic chassis if you kept all the parts...
