This is in response to your comment about your grandma's diabetes and what to do in a SHTF situation. Diabetes is a lifestyle illness in most cases (not all). There is a great DVD you can buy called Simply Raw that can show people with Diabetes how to overcome the disease and get off all medication. Hope this helps.
