For like free 10k exp, you can call in a Pavelow and the dude on the opposite team with Cold-Blooded, an AT4 and a LMG. Shoot one AT4 rocket at it, then shoot your light machine gun at it. The Pavelow has to be spiraling, keep shooting at it and you'll get Cold-Blooded Pro. Idk how this works but...
