I am 46 and twice divorced and not afraid to admit this song moves me. The bit where he throws the table is very moving. Perhaps I am chasing the impossible dream, no one knows how their life wil pan out.

The Bee Gees best song of the nineties was "For Whom The Bell Tolls". Woman In Love and Chain Reaction are 2 classics which they wrote for someone else. No doubting this is their signature tune.

Elton John goes through genius phases and this has to be his best. I think Tim Rice wrote the lyrics, instead of Bernie Tapin. A classic collaboration.

Such an underrated song which never gets radio airplay. Haunting production and top video to match.
