YIPPEE!!! YAHOOOOO!!!! My wife and I just purchased 40 ACRES of FOREST (with streams) replete with a 3 bedroom house!!!!! All for $250,000. Almost $100,000 cheaper than the same house in the city we work in. The old dude who lived there is 84 and has no kids to leave anything to (he has kids but they don't talk to each other) and he's moving to a home since he can't take care of himself and his land anymore and is leaving his disrespectful kids (according to him) nothing so we got the deal of a lifetime. We have our very own 40 Acre Wood (my wife LOVES Eeyore).

I wish I had snow. Virutally no snow all winter here, with the exception of a few inches here and there that melted the next day. I drive 3 hours north and there is a foot and a half though. Your trip should be a blast, Ive seen the Colorado landscape, looks amazing.
