Yes, just make sure the folder structure is:
SDcard/apps/Priiloader/boot.dol
Sometimes you will download new apps and the ".dol" file has to be changed to "boot.dol". Sometimes they will be perfect and ready to copy.

It's not really new, just over-looked by most because the original modders got hooked on usbloader gx and cfg loader even though those can't compare to Wiiflow.
Like anything technical, there will always be newer, faster, better ways to do hacks, sometimes newer hacks appear just as soon as everyone learns how to do the "old" one. When this method no longer works, I will remove it (as of today it works perfectly). Until then, you can use it or keep searc...
