The support nerfs are silly. Instead of nerfing the good supports, why don't Riot actually buff the not so great supports to bring them on par with Sona and Soraka. Support is a boring role anyway. Are they trying to make it even worse by making support champions weaker?

@lonely0625 I would say yes. There was nothing that mentioned it stealthing. Even if it did it would be a little OP. I would also wager that it doesn't last very long. I believe its going to be like Lux Lucent Singularity. just a little AOE to help with CC in team fights or to stop people escaping.

You might need to make different quotes for the different sides of the jungle. Such as one telling you when your red spawns and another saying when theirs spawns and the same with blue.

@skygrasper091 Was there really enough time to calculate that when there is risk of being killed my Katarina in the next few seconds? Double flash means to can afford to make a kill or two and still manage to play it safe.

I think you could have missed. It was a blind fire ult. Maybe you should try this in a custom game to see if your ult is just missing the animation or if it actually does fail.
