@volpsp Its better to leave all clocks standard no overclock (make new Apple Bios profile with all stock settings and an other windows version with overclock settings) choose accordingly what you use windows or Apple. If you want raid in windows (not supported in OSX) put raid disk on white conn...

@volpsp Never install straight a high version. You need to install the first version 10.6.0 (search 10a432) although 10.6.3 will work maybe to. Download comboupdate 10.6.7 and install when 10.6.0 is installed.

@volpsp 6970 is not supported yet. Get a cheap ass GT240 as I did and put it in slot 1 put your 6970 in slot 3 use pci-e mainboard switches (below start button) to switch off pci-3 + pci4 when using osx and install osx when gt240 is active. You need dsdt file. Search on insanelymac to Madlodon DS...

Guys and Girls,
The key for a successfully OSX86 setup with the Rampage Extreme is the use of the correct DSDT file. The CPU alliasses are not recognized by the OSX installers so you have to recompile a DSDT.

I use a patched installer. Basicly prepared installer on USB drive on a real mac then patch the installer with myhack or whatever so you can boot / install. After that update to 10.6.5 and all other updates. After that latest Chameleon bootloader with CPU / Memory / FSB detection. Videocard / net...
