The Vertical Dreams.

I am Max, I'm 18 years old. And recently have decided ( Thanks greatly to TFB " Team Flight Brothers" ) That I want to increase my Vertical leap.

I am 6 ft3 , 90kg/ 200 LBS , and have a 7'9 Standing Reach ( exceptionally Short Arm length/ Wingspan for a person of my height ) . Ive been mildly athletic for the past few years now just from playing basketball, and had a 27 inch vertical leap, Nothing spectacular, especially for being 6'3, and only just being able to grab the rim off 2 feet. From my 7'9 Reach in order to touch the rim with my finger tips I needed a 27 inch Vert. 7'9 + 3 inches = 8 ft , Add another 2 Ft or 24 Inches to that And you had my vert, 27 inches.

I have put together my own Weights/ Cardio and Plyometrics program as well as diet ( to reduce any random body fat), and plan to stick with it ( changing when I need to) over the next 2 Years.
Currently My Running Vertical Has increased from 27 inches to 36-38 Inches Depending on the day, and I am easily dunking on a 10ft rim.
My aim over the next 1-2Years is to get my vertical leap to around 45 inches If I can, that would have me getting my head AT the rim and thats my main goal.

However Once I reach 45 inches ( and with my dedication I know I can ) I will probably plan to keep on training and increasing and hopefully break 50 one day.
