Then there are the things that reverse your character, your mind set.
It doesn't help that you try to stop yourself.
Because the inevitable will happen no matter what.
There is a dream that everyone will dream.
A depressing and happy filled dream.
When you get to be twenty one, some have experienced it all.
Some have experienced nothing that others consider anything.
The dream, already not reality, is one of present recollections.
You combine thoughts, and memories together and you have the dream.
When you say that you are "done, over" you make it true.
Think of music.
After the final note, it's over, and you have to start again.
But with life, we don't have that.
The ability to start again on what we wish.
When people say "live life to the fullest" they have no idea what that really means.
Unless you've been found sitting in your bathroom crying blood, you don't know the real meaning.
As I close my eyes, I feel a cool breeze.
I think of what's around me, all the blessing & cursing I must face.
My music makes me mediate.
I hang my head as I think about the night in front of me.
It's incredible the things you can think when you put what's happened behind you.
It's strange when you look at a TV show and say, "dear God, I wish that were me"
But past all these amazements, there isn't much more to add to this poem.
Love your life,
Don't forget the bad.
Cherish the good.
Work past the carrots that stick out in life.
It's ok, the writing can have some mistakes.
I'm holding on to what the good things and silver linings are.
I love to write with my head down. I may look weird, and my spelling is probably atrocious.
I love tis feeling.
I'm working on not letting myself cry with others.
All except that certain somebody.
I'm putting my head down in order to type my feelings away.
But for now I must quit again.
