Having just finished the book (again), I decided to give the movie another go, but I remembered correct; each and every character was cast wrong, they actually managed to screw up the most "filmable" book ever.

The real joke here is that Americans think they are heavely taxed. Try living here in Denmark! But then again our society is safe, we're healthy, well educated and not afraid of our own government or police, guess socialism has it's perks, look into it!
