I have the standard 22mag version the only time its not with me is in the shower and at work. That's a lot more than I can say about my 357.

I keep thinking I woukd have tried mixing a few grains of powder from the shell with the coal dust from the bow drill and try to spark that with the battery. Then again I might have lost my eyebrows. I just find it hard to believe they wouldn't try to use the shell.

Add a little brown sugar to your brining solution. I'm sure you will like the results.

When I was a kid I helped my dad make some he cut the end off several Shells and dumped all the shot in the melted wax (a mix of paraffin and bees wax I don't know the ratio) then he spooned the shot and wax in to the shell. Most worked but some still blew apart.

Another amp that sounds good with the same mod is the danelectro honeytone. Turn the gain all the way down the volume all the way up and set the tone where ever. I run mine through a webber sig10 its my don't wake up the neighborhoods amp.

Two easy steps make a sphere then remove the bottom.

I don't like the price but I like the idea if I know exactly what I am looking for it makes it easier to find.
