Thanks for your message. I also got no help from Ombudman. They wrote back to me and they didn't seem clear on all I complained about. It was as if they were talking about a different subject. Now that our RMO, Service charge department and various parts of Lambeth know our case was not dealt with, both council tax and service charges are trying to claim that we are in arrears even though we've paid more than the usual. They even sent a 24hr payment ultimatum for something we dont' owe. I think they are trying to get their own back because we made the complaint in the first place. I asked RMO and Service charge department for a proper statement of the year numerous times yet I am still waiting.It kind of makes you wonder, what is really going on. When they want something, they want it right away, but when you want something they make you wait for enternity.
