Sorry, but no video on YouTube can be shorter than .033367 seconds, because that is the time of one frame at 29.97 (30) Frames Per Second. Even if YouTube upgraded to 59.94 (60) FPS, that would be .016683 seconds. Even special formats for research cameras don't have frames shorter then 0.004166...
