The Zettlers remind be a lot of the Rolling Stones' early years. Also, in America in the '60's a lot of the younger musicians playing in "teen clubs" were into this style. The older guys (late 20s to early 30s) playing the bars were more into R & B and the Motown sound. A double CD set of bands from the Chicago area from the '60's is available at Amazon.com, just search: "USA Records & Destination Records". The title is longer than that, but that should be enough to get you to it. You can preview a few seconds of each song. Michael & the Messengers has a song on the second disc, "LIFS (Don't Mean Nothin')" I was the lead vocalist & front man in that band.
