Heya, since they took down the Ghost Lab episode we were posting on I figured I would respond here :)
In respose to your questions, we generally do not go in complete darkness as that impairs seeing some things in the normal light spectrum (I.E. Shadow Figures, certain energy forms, ect.) not to mention the increased possibility of someone falling down and impailing themselves on a board with nails or other such catastrophies LOL. It doesn't generally doesn't make a huge difference whether lights are on or not, I have experiences things both during day and night and while hunting and just sitting on my couch watching T.V.. the best is when our dog picks up on it too, that way I KNOW it's really there and not just me thinking it is. =)
