This song as well known "01_ballade". It's a miku's first official web demo song by cripton 2007. That name from mp3 file name "CV01_01_ballade.mp3". Afterwards full ver appears (length 3:33) that title are "hoshi no kakera"(Star Fragment). composed by hirasawa eiji.
