@numba1sonman The Voxel Box has a Ventrilo server. It's basically like Skype, and allows members to talk to one another.

Why do you have the reeds go into a chest just to pull them out with a redstone engine? You can just have it drop into the hole directly. Also, you could add an auto-crafter to the reed supply to automatically make it into sugar.
