I think the first shot was a miss, i think the second shot did come from the 6th floor, but the last and fatal shot HAD to come from the front, his head was thrown BACKWARDS along with half his brain onto the trunk of the car..you just DO NOT get that with a REAR shot...and no one will EVER convi...
