@ThierryAFCA The included handling file does work for me. However you have to select which of the materials files you want to use (GTAIV>common>data>Materials). In this video I am using "v2.0_light".

That is completely incorrect. The Secret Service uses Red/Blue on every occasion, and even if this were not the case, Red/White is only allowed on emergency vehicles in NYC.

Are you sure that suburban is secret service? It doesn't appear to be the configuration they use either going by the lights or the vehicle itself. It also has NY plates which would lead me to believe that it is also NYPD.
